By commissioning artwork from Pixiemorgue, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both of us.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Tattoo designs created by Pixiemorgue are strictly for personal use. By commissioning a tattoo design, you are purchasing the right to have the artwork tattooed but not the right to edit, resell, or reproduce it in any other form.

Logo and branding commissions include full commercial rights upon completion and full payment, unless otherwise discussed. All designs must not be altered, traced, or edited without written permission from the artist.

Payment Terms

All commissions require full payment upfront before any design work begins. If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your project, you will receive a full refund.

If you choose to cancel the project before I have started any sketching, a full refund will be issued. However, if I have already begun sketching or developing your concept, the payment is non-refundable due to time and creative labour already invested.

Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for most projects is between 1-3 weeks. For more complex or detailed commissions, I will notify you in advance if additional time is needed.

I do not rush any work, as I aim to deliver the highest possible quality. If you have a specific deadline, please be upfront about it when completing your commission form so I can let you know whether it’s achievable.

Revisions & Changes

During the sketching phase, you are welcome to request as many revisions as needed to get the concept just right. Once I begin finalising the design, further revisions may incur an additional charge depending on the complexity of the changes and how much they impact the timeline.

If you decide to change the overall concept after sketching has already begun, this will require submitting a new commission form and starting a new booking.

Commission Slots & Conduct

Commissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the number of slots available at that time. If you miss out on an open slot, you are welcome to request a place on the waitlist for the next round.

I reserve the right to decline any commission at any point if I feel it is not a good fit for my skills, style, or availability. Any form of disrespectful behaviour, scam attempts, or dishonesty will not be tolerated. In such cases, communication will be terminated, and the individual will be blocked immediately.

Portfolio & Credit

I may share completed designs on my social media, website, or in my portfolio as part of my ongoing creative practice. However, if you would prefer your commission not be posted publicly, just let me know — I will fully respect your request.
